Evidence and argument in learning is an effective tool to integrate into lessons for improved performance among students. The process of coming up with specific needs, objectives, and outcomes requires the teacher to evaluate the important issues their students face during the teaching experience. First, planning requires the teacher to familiarize their teaching process with the student’s specific needs. In the run-up to the planning process, the teaching professional must assess students to ascertain their specific strengths and weaknesses. For effective planning, I made sure to evaluate specific topic vacuums amongst students. Knowing the students’ needs helps the teacher deal with the specific needs of the student and allocates time for such instruction.

Implementing a lesson plan within specific goals as set by the teacher requires attention to the students’ connection and contribution to the topic. Knowledge in the discipline one is teaching is an integral tool for achieving the set goals and objectives (Hill et al., 2019). Once the teacher identifies the specific needs, the planning process must integrate Virginia learning standards for effective balancing of the course material. Students should be allowed to use different class materials to effectively understand the topics. Teaching Maths requires a strong formula policy that grounds the concepts in the students. The teaching formula should include additional tools in the learning environment.

Following basic mathematical principles, it is important for students to relate their understanding of topics with real-world examples. Mathematical tables, formulae charts, and multiplication tables (props) aid students to internalize the principles being taught. Integrated technology also serves to improve student outcomes and performance metrics from the students (Northcote, 2015). The teacher must ensure student collaboration by assigning different tasks to specific created groups. Student performance is assessed to continuous assessment at the end of each lesson with an appraisal of mock exam results after every topic.
