· 4-6 content slides covering the following:

· Who owns the record (information in the record and physical copy of record)

· Content of a legal health record and how this may vary by facility 

· How a legal health record is used in the course of healthcare business

· What federal and state laws may influence a legal health record policy

· Reference slide (at least 2 references outside of your textbook).  References need to be formatted in APA format.
