You have just been hired as the new practice manager for an Oncology practice. You have been asked to determine the best way to manage patient data for clinical and administrative purposes. You will need to adopt a practice management electronic health record (EHR) system. Before doing so, you will need to consider the needs of all stakeholders that will use the new system.

· Choose two of the following stakeholders to research: practice managers, billers and coders, clinicians (nurses, lab technicians, radiology technicians, pharmacists, etc.), and physicians.

· Report on the selected stakeholders’ data collection, use, and reporting needs.

· Describe the system functionality each selected stakeholder will need to fulfill their work duties. Include additional considerations for the stakeholders that may be critical.
