Alleviating Stakeholder Concerns

Change management is realigning the transition to an organization’s process goals. There are stakeholders involved, and these are people that are the target of the cage or are interested in change and could be managers and interested parties (Washburn, 2020). Nike, a footwear and Apparel Corporation, believe in change; they can find their process by engaging different stakeholders. In a continuous process, Nike engages with civil society organizations, government, consumers and their shareholders through membership and participation in a structured manner, developing strategies that resolve ad bring change and need a solution to challenges ad issues (Nikecompanyblog, 2015).

Different stakeholders at Nike come with various concerns that they share to be incorporated in their change management process; these concerns include the need to understand the whole business incorporation in their apparel and footwear manufacturing, new business and market ventures, consumer demographics and sustainability. Its various communications channels can offer feedback, respond to stakeholders’ issues, share online reports and revamp sections and future sustainability considerations. With such communication, Nike can control the effects from the gear of the change process to its stakeholders as they know the impact of change and the implementation process (Nikecompanyblog, 2015).
